I Had A Blood And Urine Test For My CU

I had a blood and urine test for my CU problems i am having. When the test is being done do they automatically do a pregnancy test with it? My levels of rbc and wbc were found in urine. Will be having another test done soon to see if it changed. Now i am 8 days late on my period. I am wondering if the levels that was found could be pregnancy?
