I Had A Blood Count Of 4.4 Was Told To

I had a blood count of 4.4 was told to go to Emergency but not drive. So I did. Ended up getting 4 bags of blood, a colonoscopy, a scope, Came home 2 1/2 days later and they still didn't figure out where the blood was leaking from. My questions is: now they want me to swallow a pill with a camera in it. I am on Medicare, all these tests are going to cost me a fortune yet no one seems to be able to tell me where my blood could [possibly be leaking from and this new test must cost a fortune. Is this all that's left or should I be asking for other tests?
