I Had A Blood Test 3 Weeks Ago And My

I had a blood test 3 weeks ago and my white blood cell count was high. I am going for another they are testing for FBE ESR CRP what are they looking and testing for. I have 3 small lumps under my right breast my right arm lymph nod is swollen so is the one in my left groin. I have had a ultra sound and mammogram could not get to the lumps as they are right under the breast not within. Ultra sound results lumps but caused by scar tissue build up from underwire bras. I have never had a cut or trauma to the area. never heard of scar tissue being caused by bra. do i need to be concerned
