I Had A Blood Test And My Liver Enzymes Are

I had a blood test and my liver enzymes are high even though they have always been good,I have had the hepatitis c test and it was negative I am not a high risk person so why would it be high all the sudden?i did start taking hyaluronic acid plus chondroitin sulfate and dim plus and alpha lipoid acid 150 would that have any affect on the results?
