I Had A Blood Transfusion Several Months Ago Due To

I had a blood transfusion several months ago due to cameron ulcers. Since then, I keep getting these hard red bumps that are very tender. Could this be from the blood transfusion? Is it a serious condition that I should be concerned about? I have two under my right arm pit now that is very uncomfortable.
