I Had A Blow To My Head Back In October

I had a blow to my head back in October 23rd had to have stitches. Though I am recovering from this head trauma. I notice that the cold weather hurts where my stitches were. And last night at work I got extremely light headed. This a cause from my concussion of my deep wound? Someone told me I could have bleeding of my brain/hemorage? should I be more concerned? I do have nerve damage my Doctor told me it could come back or not. Other than that I feeling better everyday thank you for your help
