I Had A Boil In My Groin Area Near My

I had a boil in my groin area near my vagina it burst and now after my menstrual I have this really bad smell inside of my vagina? Did a monistat no help and now I used yogurt today and the smell is lighter, what to do this smell is bad? Went to the hospital and was not looked at just billed paid in cash no insurance.
