I Had A Botched ACDF, Really Botched. Structural Damage, Dealing

I had a botched ACDF, really botched. Structural damage, Dealing with chronic pain, spasms, less than 5 degree ROM in any way. I'm on a regimen of medications, my doctor (and pharmacist) want to add Fosamax, leaning to the dx of CRPS, acknowledging the known issues with my neck. They're looking for alternatives to opiates. My doctor is great. I'm scared to death of the risks with Fosamax, I could not take an increase in pain, it's already predominant in my life. The osteonecrosis of the jaw, it's all scary. I haven't been able to find any information on Fosamax for CRPS. I'd appreciate any information. Thank you.
