I Had A Bowel And Bladder Lift 2 And One

I had a bowel and bladder lift 2 and one half weeks ago. My docror is absolutely no help and has turned out to be awful.
Now i haven't gone poop for almost 10 days! I take colace twice a day, tons of watet, prunes and even tried two supositories and nothing. I drank mag citrate almost 7 hours ago and still nothing. What should i do?! Now i noticed i have a fever of 99.8....
Should i go to the er???
