I Had A Bowel Impact And Strained Too Hard To

I had a bowel impact and strained too hard to pass it. I have been on pain meds for two weeks due to a fracture in my L1 vertebrae. I also have a 8mm size kidney stone on my left side. Now since the the heavy straining, I have severe pain in my low back, mostly on the left but radiating across low back and hardly notice the pain in my mid back now. Could it be that the staining made the kidney stone move or did I do damage to my low back muscles? I'm in more pain than before.
