I Had A Bowl Movement And After A Few Minutes

I had a bowl movement and after a few minutes I had severe rectal pain. The pain was so severe I laid on the floor. I felt hot and I began to profusley sweat from my face chest and back as I rolled around on the floor for 6 to 8 minutes. Constant and pulsating pain in my rectum are was extreme. I want to just die as the pain was so intense. I have experience this in the past from ages 40 to 49 my current age. I have never had any surgeries, medical problems except HB pressure, and tryglicerides.
No blood in my stool, my bowl movement are normal
