I Had A Brain Bleed 4 Yrs Ago Resulting In

I had a brain bleed 4 yrs ago resulting in a stroke which left me with muscle weakness on rt side and severe muscle tightness in rt leg ,rt side hip stiffness, most of my pain comes from back muscles and upper chest and shoulder muscles. I've been taking Norcos 10-325 for 3 yrs they dont have the affect they had when i started taking them what is the normal proceedures that a doctor will take?
