I Had A Breast Biopsy And The Procedure Report Identified

I had a breast biopsy and the procedure report identified in the history as 60 year old female with 15mm malignant mass 11 o'clock left breast. I am awaiting pathology report. But history says malignant. Do they know its malignant by the mamogram already befoe biopsy report?
