I Had A Breast Biopsy Which Was Normal But My

I had a breast biopsy which was normal but my doctor said it was discordant (?) and now he wants an MRI because he does not agree with the biopsy. He thought the biopsy would say I had cancer. I thought the MRI was normally before the biopsy. Is this a normal step after a normal biopsy?
