I Had A Breast Lift 3 Months Ago And Surgeon

I had a breast lift 3 months ago and surgeon used dissolvable sutures. I noticed tonight a small pus like area at the incision site. It contains blood and pus. I'm freaking out. My surgeon is off tomorrow and wondering if a physician needs to see this area tomorrow. I feel it's related to the suture because I had a similar area 6 weeks post op. I popped area using a sterile needle and cleaned with hydrogen peroxide and applied neosporin and dressing.
