I Had A Broken Lef Ar After Over A Month

I had a broken lef ar after over a month of pain I told my Dr my thumb wouldnt flex back like the other from the knickle up now a few weeks ago I woke up to feeling like my pinkie fell asleep and I can not get this finger to go next to the other fingers it sticks out like it is dislocated any advise sorry i thought tis was free advise
