I Had A Bruise On My Upper Butt Crack. I

I had a bruise on my upper butt crack. I thought it was from when I fell a couple months ago on ice. Well it turned into like a dry place. Well i put lotion on it and it gotten smaller. Well a couple days ago two bumps formed and i pop it. It bleed for a few seconds. Well now it's leaking pus and it scabs over. What could this be? What should I do? I think it's pilonidal cyst but I'm not sure
