I Had A Bump Next To My Thumb That Was

I had a bump next to my thumb that was somewhat hard but did move around when pushed from the side. When I punctured it, a clear jellylike material came out and it deflated with squeezing out the jelly. It keeps refilling itself and drains more "jelly" every time I squeeze it. What is this and how do I get it to stop refilling?
