I Had A Bump With What Looked Like A Small

I had a bump with what looked like a small hole on it, on my groin area. I had my boyfriend look at it and he ended up squeezing pus out of it. The pus was so thick and he used tweezers to pull the rest of it out. Now the bump looks like a blood blister? Could it be a blood blister or is it something else?
