I Had A Bursitis Abcess On My Left Elbow Two

I had a bursitis abcess on my left elbow two months ago about the size of a golf ball. The doctor lanced it with a scalpel and pressed on my elbow very hard to remove the matter inside. The only thing that came out was blood and clear matter. The elbow continued to drain but the abcess did not go completely down. A second doctor gave me a steroid shot in the elbow and it slowly began to get smaller. My problem is it was draining green fluid which finally stopped and the elbow is now draining clear fluid again. However, the elbow is still painful. I was never given any antibiotics and I cannot get an appointment to go back. My call was never returned. What should I do Dr. Rynne?
