I Had A Bypass May 13 2015 And Then Due

I had a bypass may 13 2015 and then due to sternum non union another surgery Jan 25, 2016, for the last 3 days I put up 12 pound, and beside Lasix the weight is at the same, but today my BP is 144 /67 pulse 99 and also have fever of 99, my usual temp is between 97.6 to 97.9 any advise
