I Had A C-section 6 Months Ago. No Breadfeeding. I

I had a c-section 6 months ago. no breadfeeding. I got my first period during the end of oct. my second post pregancy came at the end of nov. then 2 week later a clear water like liquid started to come from my vagina. the 2 days later my period began. what is the water like liquid....it was alot.
