I Had A C Section And Food Tasted Good After

I had a c section and food tasted good after but a few days upon returning home from the hospital my taste buds are gone. I have an appetite but everything I eat has either no taste or a slight taste that makes it gross. I am starving and try to force food but it's really hard when nothing tastes good. Is this from the c section?? Anything I can do to get them back??
