I Had A C Section And Tubal Done 9 Months

I had a c section and tubal done 9 months ago. Had pain in left flank area. Ultrasound revealed small fibroids and a cyst in uterus and fluid on tube. Started birth control for ovulation pain Took antibiotics for tube and pain did not go away. Had laproscopy Done 8 intestinal adhesions were removed .Month post lapro had severe pain in left side again (just below waist, toward back near bottom of ribs) pain relieved w stretching to the right side. Pain is accompanied by bloating pressure nausea and bowel issues. Some shooting pains in right flank accompanied by nausea but don't last long.Other than 3 sections and tubal I've had my Gaul bladder removed.
