I Had A Cancerous Prostate Gland Removed In Febof 2010.

I had a cancerous prostate gland removed in Febof 2010. I've been having readings PSA gradually increasing from 0 .12 to 0.20 over the last couple years. It as been recommended by my physician to have radiation treatments with readings at this point,
What are the side effects? If I choose not to have treatments what could happen?
