I Had A Car Accident. Before That Accident I Had

I had a car accident. before that accident I had not any problem. after that I feel tingling i my hands. MRI shows that there are hypersignal lesion on T2 &FLAIR sequece at deep white matter of superior aspect of Rt occipital lobe
a few similar lesions noted at superficial juxtacortical white matter of high parietal lobe
similar lesion is noted at Rt centrum semi ovale
another lesion is noted at deep periventricular white matter of Lt and Rt frontal lobe
may I afflicted in MS after car accident? if not Will I be cured?
