I Had A Car Collision Three Days Ago. Was Checked

I had a car collision three days ago. Was checked at casualty and had X-ray and no rib break was seen.However I am in terrible pain especially when lying and trying
G to sleep. I haven't slept in three days and it now feels pain is worse. I have high blood pressure so I am only taking paracetamol. I have tramadol. Should I take this too? Took last paracetamol 4 hours ago. I am crying with pain.
