I Had A Car Wreck In 1991 Went Under Semi

I had a car wreck in 1991 went under semi oil on the road. I developed spinal stenosis scoliosis fibromyalgia osteoarthritis in knees and osteoporosis. Don't like pills like to walk ride bike but now i feel pain like sciatica having problems walk , sit bend where is from.
