I Had A Carotid Artery Dissection The First Week Of

I had a carotid artery dissection the first week of March this year. Currently I take Norco for the headaches, and it is becoming less effective. I do not want to take any more than I am currently taking. (5 or 6 times per day of 10/325 Norco) Is there something else I could take to control these headaches until the condition improves?
