I Had A Caudal Block For Lower Back Pain One

I had a caudal block for lower back pain one month age. After about one week, I had minor vaginal bleeding that stopped after 2-3 days, Now, one month later, the bleeding has reoccurred. Can there be a connection between the caudal block and my bleeding. I am scheduled for another caudal block in two days. Should I go ahead with it?
