I Had A Cea Test Result Of 8.00. What Should

I had a cea test result of 8.00. What should I do? No known cancer. Mammogram good. Father passed away from colon cancer in 2011. I also smoke. I fasted prior to the blood test. I drank black coffee and smoked 4 0r 5 cigarettes between 0400-1200 when I had the test done.
