I Had A Cervical Laminoplasty 3 Years Ago, C4-7, Without

I had a cervical Laminoplasty 3 years ago, C4-7, without any complications. I now am having continual headaches, posterior neck "tiredness", and jolts of nerve pain down both arms if I suddenly hyperextend my neck. Should I be concerned? I am 61 year old female.
