I Had A Cervical Disc Replac And Fusion; Almost 5

I had a cervical disc replac and fusion; almost 5 years ago. Haven't worked since, was 36/7 when I had surgery. My neck gets stuck and can't turn it; like now. What can I do because I am at the point where I feel useless and want to be healed- I am having feelings of not wanting to live. This is very painful, pain every day.
