I Had A Cervical Epidural Steroid Injection A Few Weeks

I had a cervical epidural steroid injection a few weeks ago, my cycle was normal prior to me getting the shot, I would say ,,5 to 6 days tops, my cycle started slowly on the 10th of this month stay on a few days, went off, then can back on heavier and still is, should I go to a gynecologist? My cycle was normal before the shot.
