I Had A Cervical Laminotomy May 18 For A Herniated

I had a cervical laminotomy May 18 for a herniated disc at c5-c6. Had 8 weeks of physical therapy but ha v e weakness and numbness in arm and hand. Have been having headaches as well. Last week I started having a tingling sensation in my leg also. Any idea what could be causing all of this?
