I Had A Cervical Polyp Removed And Started Experiencing Heavy

I had a cervical polyp removed and started experiencing heavy bleeding with large blood clots on day 3. Went back to the doctor and she used silver nitrate to stop the bleeding. It stopped for a little more than 24 hrs but now the heavy bleeding is starting again. Should I go to the ER or wait a couple of days to see if the bleed will subside?
