I Had A Cesarean Section And Tubel Ligation Done On

I had a cesarean section and tubel ligation done on March 13, 2016. I hemorrhaged and had to receive a blood transfusion. Usually your suppose to expect a period after that 4-6 weeks. I'm going on 12 weeks and what I thought was a period at 7 weeks turned out to be dark brown discharge and a spot of light pink lasted for 2 days. And stopped. Now it's 4 weeks later and I have the same thing. When will my period be normal and/or is this what my period is to be? I go back to my ob on 2 weeks cause I find it not normal. I was like clock work before pregnancies
