I Had A Change In Jobs And Last Week Was

I had a change in jobs and last week was quite a strain on my body,since Tuesday I have bad pain across the back shoulder to shoulder and in the left part of my chest. It's painful to move my neck side to side. Sometimes the pain in my chest is worse. I noticed that I have a red rash on my fore arms and my chest is red like a sun burn. I'm quite fatigued
