I Had A Charlie Horse Yesterday From The Inside Of

I had a charlie horse yesterday from the inside of my knee to the top front of my thigh yesterday. I was dehydrated and it did subside then it happened again in the middle of the night. Now still with some pain in the same area. I am concerned for a blood clot. I am fat.
