I Had A Chest Infection That Turned To Bronchitis Was

I had a chest infection that turned to bronchitis was put on amoxicillin for a week but chest infection has returned. I am on clarythmacin but don't feel any better. I've still got severe chest pain on coughing I have had hardly any voice for 5 weeks and am now on my sixth week off work how much longer will this last I've had chest X-rays which are clear and the doctor has said my lungs are clear. I am an asthma sufferer
