I Had A Chest X-ray For A Pre-op Prior To

I had a chest x-ray for a pre-op prior to a hip replacement, the results say, there is significant elevation of the right hemidiaphragm and volume loss of the right lower lobe. Negative for consolidation and the cardiac silhouette is normal in size. I don't know what that means.
