I Had A Chest Xray 2 Years Ago And Was

I had a chest xray 2 years ago and was said to have ptb on my upper left lobe. Took ptb med for only 3 months and wasn't able to finish the 6 months treatment. Had another chest xray 3 days ago due to back pain a d shortness of breath. My xray result said suspicious opacities on the left upper lobe. Apicolordotic view suggested. Does this mean I have ptb again?
