I Had A Chest Xray Done Due To Difficulty Breathing

I had a chest xray done due to difficulty breathing and tightness n chest. findings were heart appears somewhat enlarged. perihilar markings appear increased. lung fields appear clear of active infiltrate. no pleural effusion. some respiratory motion on lateral view.
