I Had A Chiropractic Adjustment This AM--the Chiro Doc Used

I had a chiropractic adjustment this AM--the chiro doc used a metal instrument to adjust my neck. Afew hours later I had extreme wet sweats with chills and felt like I was passing out. I think that I went out for a period of time.
Could the adjustment have been the cause? I thought that I was going to go out for good. If so, what should I do?
