I Had A Cloudy White Spot That Randomly Flared Up

I had a cloudy white spot that randomly flared up one weekend to a big bubble then had a crack and smelled horrible went to hospital they advised foot soaks with Epsom salt , bubble went away skin dried up and peeled ,now the little white cloudy spot is back between my pinky toe and the one next to it ,it started the size of a pin for started doing soaks when it started itching again and now the cloudy dot got a little bigger what can I do what is this do you think
