I Had A Cold About A Month Ago But It

I had a cold about a month ago but it went away. I noticedI have a soft lump on the right side of my neck (anterior V, I believe) and I figured it was a lymph node- it was much bigger and I had some swelling of the muscle around it but no pain. All that swelling went down in the last week or so and all that is left is a small lump that is soft, but enough that I can feel it. It's just to the right of where my adams' apple would be. If I lean my head back, I can see it a lot better.
