I Had A Cold For 3 Weeks And Then A

I had a cold for 3 weeks and then a potential bacterial infection for a week ( including fever and stomach discomfort) and took antibiotics. Now, a week later my fever is gone but my stomach is upset (bloated/rumbling/gas/). Had a touch a diarrhea and then constipation while on antibiotics. Now, along with stomach I get hot/fever type feeling whenever I do anything. Fever feel is hot/sometimes light headed. Only lasts a minute or so. It's now been six weeks of sick. Why/what is going on with my stomach and the flash fever stuff? I can't seem to get over this. Help.
