I Had A Cold Or Flu That Lasted Over A

I had a cold or flu that lasted over a week. Saw my doctor who said I had a secondary infection of bronchitis. She gave me 5-day antibiotics (Z Pak, I think). I thought I was well and then less than a week later my bad sore throat, swollen glands and achy ears came back. I've felt bad for almost a week and take Ibuprofen to hold back the pain. Not sure of fever since I'm taking the ibuprofen. Should I go back to doctor?
