I Had A Colon Resection In 2001, Lower Intestines, Close

I had a colon resection in 2001, lower intestines, close to rectum, about 12 inches. Over the past two years, I have explosive diarrhea about 20 or 30 minutes after I eat. It is sometimes difficult to make it to a bathroom. I am going on a cruise, leaving Saturday until Thursday. I am so afraid of this diarrhea problem that I will not be able to enjoy myself. Can you give me any advice?
