I Had A Colonoscopy 2 Days Ago. Afterwards The Surgeon

I had a colonoscopy 2 days ago. Afterwards the surgeon said that I may have some bleeding and not to worry. I did have small amount of brown blood from vagina then today it is more red if I wipe. A few months ago a had some blood on toilet paper for three days. I went to my gyn and he gave me a pap smear,examination and I asked him to do a biopsy of my uterus. He did that but also wanted me to have an inside and outside ultrasound of my uterus. He called me and said everything was finebut not to worry if I have some bleeding because the ultrasound showed I had a few blood clots. Was that due to the biopsy and also could the colonoscooy disrupt them and make them cause some bleeding?
